The U.S. Treasury Department has begun distributing $350 billion to state, local and territorial governments under President Biden's $1.9 trillion COVID-19 relief law--the American Rescue Plan Act. These funds can be used for a broad range of purposes. What public and private construction projects--from transportation to buildings--are eligible for this funding?
